How do you cast your shows?
We hold open auditions for all our shows. They're generally held on a Saturday afternoon and/or a Sunday evening.
Please visit our Facebook page for audition updates.
Where are you located? Diagonally across from the former Allstate office building, 1-mile past Lewis Gale Hospital heading towards Tanglewood, at the intersection of Keagy and 419. The back of our building faces route 419.
How long are most shows? Most comedies/dramas run about 2 hours; musicals tend to run a little longer. We generally have one 15-minute intermission.
Are your shows family-friendly? The majority of our shows are suitable for the entire family. If a show contains strong language or adult situations, it's noted on the posters and other advertising.
When are tickets available for individual shows? Tickets may be purchased at any time during the year.
Do I need to make a reservation? Seating is reserved. We strongly recommend advance reservations, since performances tend to sell out.
How do I pay for my tickets? You may use MasterCard, Discover or Visa in advance. If you wish to pay when you arrive, it is by cash or check.
If I order tickets online, how do I retrieve them? Tickets are held at the box office in your name. They will be waiting for you when you arrive.
Is your building handicapped-accessible and can you accommodate wheelchairs? Yes. There's a ramp on the left side of our building and a section of seating accessible without any steps. We do have seats that are removable to accommodate a wheelchair. Please let us know when making your reservation, so that we can ensure you have accessible seating.
Are you able to accommodate audience members who have hearing loss? Yes, the box office has amplification devices available for all shows at no extra cost.
Do you ever need ushers or other volunteers? YES! We are an all-volunteer organization and are always looking for help. Just contact us for additional details.
What is you inclement weather policy? Occasionally, inclement winter weather causes Showtimers to cancel/postpone a scheduled performance. Various factors come into consideration: weather, snow plow operations, parking lot conditions, electric supply and availability of cast & crew
If we cancel or postpone a performance, we will contact all reservations by telephone when possible. It’s important that we have accurate phone numbers in our ticketing system. We will also post a note here on our website and update our box office answering machine message. Call (540) 774-2660 for updates if you have any doubts.
