Frequently Asked Questions:

Where are you located? Diagonally across Rte. 419 from the Allstate office building, near Oak Grove. The back of our building is toward Rte. 419.

How long are most shows? Most comedies and dramas run about 2 hours. Musicals are sometimes a little longer. We generally have one 15-minute intermission.

Are your shows family-friendly? The majority of our shows are suitable for the entire family. If a show contains strong language or adult situations, it is noted on the posters and other advertising.

When are tickets available for individual shows? Tickets may be purchased at any time during the year.

Do I need to make a reservation? Seating is reserved. We strongly recommend advance reservations, since some performances will be sold out.

How do I pay for my tickets? You may use MasterCard, Discover or Visa in advance of the show. If you wish to pay when you arrive, it is by cash or check.

If I order tickets through TIX, how do I get the tickets? Tickets are held at the box office in your name. They will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Is your building handicapped-accessible and can you accommodate wheelchairs? Yes. There is a ramp on the left side of our building and a section of seating accessible without any steps. We do have seats that we can remove to accommodate a wheelchair. Please let us know when making your reservation, so that we can ensure you have accessible seating.

Do you ever need ushers or other volunteers?  YES! We are an all-volunteer organization and are always looking for new ushers and people to help. Just contact us and let us know what you would like to do and how best to contact you.

How do you cast your shows? We hold open auditions for all our shows. During the run of a production, auditions are held for the next production. They are generally on a Saturday afternoon and a Sunday evening. For more details and information on the next audition, click here.
